Nestle India Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Appointment of Ms SNACO as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of five consecutive years commencing from financial year 2025-26 till financial year 2029-30, subject to approval of members at the ensuing 66th AGM (refer Annexure III).
