Infosys shares surged 3% in Monday morning trade after the company reported a 3.3% sequential rise in net profit for the March quarter.

After a subdued start, the stock rebounded and climbed 2.95% to Rs 1,462.20 on the BSE. On the NSE, it gained 3% to reach Rs 1,462.70.
