Pursuant to Reg. 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that demand of Rs. 23,890 was assessed by Income Tax Department vide order dated January 15, 2025 for assessment year 2024-25 and the same was paid by the Company.
