This is to inform you that the Extra- Ordinary General Meeting was held on 16th April, 2025. The Company had appointed Mr. Krishna Shyam Sundar Rathi, Practicing Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer for remote e-voting and voting held at EGM. \r\n\r\nFurther, we are enclosing herewith the voting results and the Scrutinizer's Report. As per the Scrutinizer's Report and the results declared by the Chairman, the resolution set out in the Notice of EGM had been duly approved by the shareholders with requisite majority.\r\n\r\nPlease take the same on records.
