The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.54 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 16.99 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.83 per cent at Rs 162.86 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 149.65 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.39 per cent to Rs 138.10 crore from Rs 129.80 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 17.65 per cent at Rs 0.14 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.17 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 24.74 per cent to Rs 24.76 crore as against Rs 19.85 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 14.54 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 43.84 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.99 crore, while Taxation increased by 14.33 per cent at Rs 3.43 crore (Mar'24 Rs 3.00 crore).
