The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.50 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 12.89 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 13.92 per cent at Rs 12.49 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.51 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 1.17 per cent to Rs 16.03 crore from Rs 16.22 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 4.20 per cent at Rs 6.45 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 6.19 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 107.02 per cent to Rs -3.54 crore as against Rs -1.71 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 140.99 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation decreased by 95.24 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore (Mar'24 Rs 1.05 crore).
