This is to inform you that the Company has fixed Friday, 21st March, 2025 as the \Record Date\ for the purpose of determining the members eligible for the issue of Bonus Equity Shares in the ratio 5:4 i.e. 5 (Five) new fully paid up Equity Share of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) each for every 4 (Four) existing fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) each.
