The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Mr. Ravikesh Kumar Sinha (DIN-06573624) as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director w.e.f. March 13, 2025 to hold office of Independent Director for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from 13th March, 2025 to 12th March, 2030 subject to the approval of the members of the Company
