The company has accepted the resignation of Ms. Dipali Pitale from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of \r\nAgarwal Industrial Corporation Limited.\r\n\r\n The Company has accepted her resignation from the above post from the closing office hours of 20th February 2025. \r\n\r\nIt is further submitted that Ms. Dipali Pitale has resigned citing her personal reasons.
