The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.17 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 5.56 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 109.86 per cent at Rs 44.05 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 111.40 per cent to Rs 43.38 crore from Rs 20.52 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 20.00 per cent at Rs 0.12 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.10 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 39.58 per cent to Rs 0.67 crore as against Rs 0.48 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 33.04 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 147.06 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.42 crore, while Taxation decreased by 54.55 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.11 crore).
