The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.72 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.02 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 29.41 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 74.93 per cent at Rs 133.79 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 76.48 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 78.38 per cent to Rs 131.59 crore from Rs 73.77 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 134.48 per cent at Rs 0.68 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.29 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 18.52 per cent to Rs 2.20 crore as against Rs 2.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 53.26 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 15.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.90 crore, while Taxation increased by 54.55 per cent at Rs 0.68 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.44 crore).
