The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.40 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 3.62 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 88.95 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 27.35 per cent at Rs 39.47 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 54.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 26.42 per cent to Rs 38.76 crore from Rs 52.68 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 99.72 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 3.51 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 56.97 per cent to Rs 0.71 crore as against Rs 1.65 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 41.12 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation decreased by 87.14 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore (Dec'23 Rs 1.40 crore).
