The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.08 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 2.83 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 44.17 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 13.56 per cent at Rs 59.24 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 68.53 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.47 per cent to Rs 50.36 crore from Rs 60.29 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 750.00 per cent at Rs 0.17 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 7.89 per cent to Rs 8.89 crore as against Rs 8.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 24.69 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 4.51 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.33 crore, while Taxation increased by 19.61 per cent at Rs 0.61 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.51 crore).
