The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.34 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 14.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 37.40 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.79 per cent at Rs 545.38 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 585.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.55 per cent to Rs 524.91 crore from Rs 561.71 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 48.68 per cent at Rs 3.51 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 6.84 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 12.48 per cent to Rs 20.47 crore as against Rs 23.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.25 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 17.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.33 crore, while Taxation decreased by 28.03 per cent at Rs 4.75 crore (Dec'23 Rs 6.60 crore).
