The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.57 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 5.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.90 per cent at Rs 12.13 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.30 per cent to Rs 10.72 crore from Rs 11.32 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 104.00 per cent at Rs -0.01 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.25 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 51.61 per cent to Rs 1.41 crore as against Rs 0.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 53.50 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 550.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.26 crore, while Taxation increased by 10.00 per cent at Rs 0.22 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.20 crore).
