The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.38 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 2.48 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 44.35 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 42.67 per cent at Rs 39.48 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 68.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 42.31 per cent to Rs 37.68 crore from Rs 65.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 2400.00 per cent at Rs 0.25 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 49.44 per cent to Rs 1.80 crore as against Rs 3.56 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.82 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 36.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.07 crore, while Taxation decreased by 44.19 per cent at Rs 0.48 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.86 crore).
