The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.49 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 512.50 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.23 per cent at Rs 35.41 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 39.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.78 per cent to Rs 32.77 crore from Rs 36.73 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 16.23 per cent to Rs 2.65 crore as against Rs 2.28 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 27.86 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 19.83 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.93 crore, while Taxation increased by 44.44 per cent at Rs 0.26 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.18 crore).
