The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.36 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 68.70 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 0.44 per cent at Rs 40.85 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 40.67 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.12 per cent to Rs 38.50 crore from Rs 37.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1400.00 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs -0.01 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 20.88 per cent to Rs 2.35 crore as against Rs 2.97 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.34 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 11.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.38 crore, while Taxation increased by 280.00 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore (Dec'23 Rs -0.05 crore).
