The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.06 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.05 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 20.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.61 per cent at Rs 11.93 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.62 per cent to Rs 11.34 crore from Rs 10.44 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 20.27 per cent to Rs 0.59 crore as against Rs 0.74 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 25.30 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 34.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.29 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.02 crore).
