The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.03 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.67 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 38.32 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.87 per cent at Rs 199.83 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 180.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.35 per cent to Rs 195.77 crore from Rs 175.82 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.03 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 8.14 per cent to Rs 4.06 crore as against Rs 4.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.14 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 52.32 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.72 crore, while Taxation decreased by 21.67 per cent at Rs 0.47 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.60 crore).
