The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.71 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 22.83 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.75 per cent at Rs 31.84 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 27.04 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.56 per cent to Rs 30.13 crore from Rs 25.20 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 175.00 per cent at Rs 0.22 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.08 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 7.07 per cent to Rs 1.71 crore as against Rs 1.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.26 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 7.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.24 crore, while Taxation increased by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.54 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.36 crore).
