The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 36.45 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 78.38 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 53.50 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.47 per cent at Rs 458.86 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 452.22 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.51 per cent to Rs 412.92 crore from Rs 370.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 26.41 per cent at Rs 18.64 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 25.33 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 43.89 per cent to Rs 45.95 crore as against Rs 81.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 44.73 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 3.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.94 crore, while Taxation decreased by 22.77 per cent at Rs 13.87 crore (Dec'23 Rs 17.96 crore).
