The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.50 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.28 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 60.94 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.86 per cent at Rs 29.95 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 24.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.18 per cent to Rs 27.39 crore from Rs 21.88 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 11.72 per cent to Rs 2.56 crore as against Rs 2.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 26.78 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 14.55 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.47 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.36 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.00 crore).
