The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.52 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 424.14 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 44.02 per cent at Rs 3.65 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 6.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 39.48 per cent to Rs 3.48 crore from Rs 5.75 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 3133.33 per cent at Rs 1.94 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.06 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 77.92 per cent to Rs 0.17 crore as against Rs 0.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 61.00 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 18.18 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.52 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs -0.01 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.00 crore).
