The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.16 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 13.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 14.76 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.59 per cent at Rs 39.77 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 41.25 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.53 per cent to Rs 23.02 crore from Rs 25.73 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 29.35 per cent at Rs 2.07 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 2.93 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 7.93 per cent to Rs 16.75 crore as against Rs 15.52 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 11.93 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 33.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 37.41 per cent at Rs 2.76 crore (Dec'23 Rs 4.41 crore).
