The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.13 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 93.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 39.22 per cent at Rs 49.37 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 81.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 37.63 per cent to Rs 49.16 crore from Rs 78.82 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 9.17 per cent at Rs 0.99 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 1.09 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 91.25 per cent to Rs 0.21 crore as against Rs 2.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 85.81 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 12.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.14 crore
