The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.92 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 2.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 63.49 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 40.64 per cent at Rs 33.83 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 56.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 38.82 per cent to Rs 32.17 crore from Rs 52.58 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 62.13 per cent to Rs 1.67 crore as against Rs 4.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 36.43 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 3.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.29 crore, while Taxation decreased by 78.23 per cent at Rs 0.32 crore (Dec'23 Rs 1.47 crore).
