The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.91 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 6.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 86.38 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.32 per cent at Rs 162.78 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 138.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.08 per cent to Rs 153.84 crore from Rs 122.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 633.33 per cent at Rs -0.16 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.03 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 46.56 per cent to Rs 8.94 crore as against Rs 16.73 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 54.48 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 14.52 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.12 crore, while Taxation decreased by 82.92 per cent at Rs 0.41 crore (Dec'23 Rs 2.40 crore).
