The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.96 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 2.22 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 33.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 33.20 per cent at Rs 108.64 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 81.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 32.03 per cent to Rs 102.02 crore from Rs 77.27 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 70.00 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.20 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 54.44 per cent to Rs 6.61 crore as against Rs 4.28 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.00 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 85.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.11 crore, while Taxation increased by 10.53 per cent at Rs 0.84 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.76 crore).
