The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.18 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 19.12 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 20.61 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.68 per cent at Rs 100.87 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 91.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.35 per cent to Rs 78.81 crore from Rs 66.59 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 59.94 per cent at Rs 1.43 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 3.57 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 10.14 per cent to Rs 22.06 crore as against Rs 24.55 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.79 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.06 crore, while Taxation decreased by 14.10 per cent at Rs 5.36 crore (Dec'23 Rs 6.24 crore).
