The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.26 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.58 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 83.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 96.54 per cent at Rs 7.34 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 211.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 96.40 per cent to Rs 7.67 crore from Rs 212.81 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 71.05 per cent at Rs 0.88 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 3.04 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 59.76 per cent to Rs -0.33 crore as against Rs -0.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1038.46 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 82.46 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.57 crore).
