The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.09 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.11 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 18.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 18.46 per cent at Rs 12.72 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.60 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 19.25 per cent to Rs 12.04 crore from Rs 14.91 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 1.45 per cent to Rs 0.68 crore as against Rs 0.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 20.81 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 9.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.24 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.04 crore).
