Exchange is hereby informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Thursday, 6th February 2025 has approved change in registered office of the Company within the local limits of city at Jorhat where the registered office of the Company is presently situated i.e., from Indu Bhawan, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Jorhat-785001 to Gariahabi Grant, Charingia, Jorhat-785006 with effect from 1st April 2025.
