The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.05 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.95 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 5.13 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 5.25 per cent at Rs 31.56 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 33.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.37 per cent to Rs 28.86 crore from Rs 30.18 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 240.00 per cent at Rs 0.68 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.20 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 13.74 per cent to Rs 2.70 crore as against Rs 3.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.14 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 84.62 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation increased by 5.00 per cent at Rs 0.84 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.80 crore).
