This is a reply to the discrepancy pointed out by the Exchange in an Corporate announcement under regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 dated 5th November, 2024 regarding intimation for resignation of Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company and the discrepancy was that the Company has failed to submit resignation letter of Company Secretary.\r\n\r\nWe regret to inform that the resignation letter was inadvertently not included in the out initial announcement.
