The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.76 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 2.50 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 10.40 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 46.56 per cent at Rs 45.80 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 31.25 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 53.17 per cent to Rs 42.06 crore from Rs 27.46 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 155.88 per cent at Rs 0.87 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.34 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 1.32 per cent to Rs 3.74 crore as against Rs 3.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 32.67 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 67.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.67 crore, while Taxation decreased by 7.77 per cent at Rs 0.95 crore (Dec'23 Rs 1.03 crore).
