The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 0.18 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 0.13 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.72 per cent at Rs 12.42 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.49 per cent to Rs 11.34 crore from Rs 11.63 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 350.00 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 13.49 per cent to Rs 1.09 crore as against Rs 1.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.42 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 10.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.51 crore, while Taxation increased by 50.00 per cent at Rs -0.06 crore (Dec'23 Rs -0.04 crore).
