The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.69 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 3.36 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 49.70 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.02 per cent at Rs 10.22 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 9.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 29.75 per cent to Rs 7.37 crore from Rs 5.68 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 396.43 per cent at Rs 1.39 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.28 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 45.82 per cent to Rs 2.85 crore as against Rs 5.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 47.37 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation increased by 222.73 per cent at Rs 1.42 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.44 crore).
