The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.26 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.41 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 36.59 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.11 per cent at Rs 23.35 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 21.80 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.37 per cent to Rs 21.16 crore from Rs 19.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 520.00 per cent at Rs 0.31 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.05 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 21.43 per cent to Rs 2.20 crore as against Rs 2.80 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 26.66 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.35 crore, while Taxation decreased by 14.29 per cent at Rs 0.12 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.14 crore).
