The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.51 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 9.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 53.89 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 19.57 per cent at Rs 109.64 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 136.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 17.12 per cent to Rs 106.62 crore from Rs 128.64 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 5.96 per cent at Rs 3.20 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 3.02 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 63.61 per cent to Rs 4.09 crore as against Rs 11.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 54.73 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 53.15 per cent at Rs 1.56 crore (Dec'23 Rs 3.33 crore).
