The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.47 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 55.66 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 17.98 per cent at Rs 5.93 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 7.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.80 per cent to Rs 5.17 crore from Rs 6.14 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 93.88 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Sep'23 Rs 0.49 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 31.19 per cent to Rs 0.75 crore as against Rs 1.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.66 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 36.84 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.12 crore, while Taxation decreased by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore (Sep'23 Rs 0.30 crore).
