The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.25 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 86.98 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 13.49 per cent at Rs 33.67 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 38.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.95 per cent to Rs 33.27 crore from Rs 40.06 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 99.02 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore versus (Sep'23 Rs 4.08 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 135.09 per cent to Rs 0.40 crore as against Rs -1.14 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 140.41 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation decreased by 95.40 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore (Sep'23 Rs 0.87 crore).
