The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.15 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 18.13 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.74 per cent at Rs 104.59 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 97.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.07 per cent to Rs 97.47 crore from Rs 90.19 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 233.33 per cent at Rs 0.20 crore versus (Sep'23 Rs 0.06 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 3.34 per cent to Rs 7.12 crore as against Rs 6.89 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.95 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 10.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.50 crore, while Taxation increased by 21.31 per cent at Rs 0.74 crore (Sep'23 Rs 0.61 crore).
