The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.20 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 14.96 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 5.08 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 27.18 per cent at Rs 549.95 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 755.27 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 27.56 per cent to Rs 527.53 crore from Rs 728.22 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 2156.25 per cent at Rs 9.87 crore versus (Sep'23 Rs -0.48 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 17.12 per cent to Rs 22.42 crore as against Rs 27.05 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 13.97 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 50.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.99 crore, while Taxation increased by 17.49 per cent at Rs 4.03 crore (Sep'23 Rs 3.43 crore).
