The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.88 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 2.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 62.55 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 22.71 per cent at Rs 31.20 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 40.37 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 19.76 per cent to Rs 29.57 crore from Rs 36.85 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 53.69 per cent to Rs 1.63 crore as against Rs 3.52 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 40.07 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.30 crore, while Taxation decreased by 60.76 per cent at Rs 0.31 crore (Sep'23 Rs 0.79 crore).
