The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.35 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 2.83 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 52.30 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 16.75 per cent at Rs 8.75 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.51 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.26 per cent to Rs 7.36 crore from Rs 6.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 12.40 per cent at Rs 1.36 crore versus (Sep'23 Rs 1.21 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 69.04 per cent to Rs 1.39 crore as against Rs 4.49 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 62.91 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation decreased by 6.54 per cent at Rs 1.00 crore (Sep'23 Rs 1.07 crore).
